HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) Disclosures:
*Current FreeStar Financial mortgages can apply for a HELOC up to 95% of the homes current equity, and first lien or non-member mortgages can borrow up to 80% of the home's current equity up to $100,000 maximum loan limit. Appraisal fee for a current member mortgage is $200.  Appraisal fee for a first lien HELOC is $400. A loan of $50,000 at 4.00% APR for 180 months would have a monthly payment of $370.00. Promotional rate is subject to change at any time without notice.

Personal (a.k.a. "Signature") Loan Disclosures:
**APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Rate is “as low as” and may change based on credit history, term and other determining factors.
